Bear Crossing Townhomes is a complex of luxurious and spacious townhomes located on the western edge of the town of Winter Park. Nestled on the hillside above the town, this property has some of the best views of the Continental Divide! The units were built in the early 2000s with a mix of three to four bedroom units, having 56 townhomes in 16 buildings. This property is, also, on the Winter Park Bus Route to take you around town or the Winter Park Resort.
