Newly completed in Spring of 2016, the Hi Country Haus Recreation Center is a spacious place for the owners in the Hi Country Haus HOAs to gather and relax. The recreation center features an indoor pool, indoor hot tub and swim spa, and an outdoor hot tub. There is a community room with couches, a big screen TV, a pool table, and a computer with internet access and communal printer. Next to the game room is a children’s play area with toys and games. The fitness center has a treadmill, elliptical, and a weight station. The whole building has wireless internet. Coin operated laundry facilities are open 24 hours a day. Next to the Recreation Center is the Hi Country Haus Pavillion where owners can have a picnic while their children can play on the brand new playground! The property is within walking distance to all of the activities in town and is on the shuttle bus route around town and to the Winter Park Resort.
